HOW
We believe we were the forerunners in successfully running a multi-disciplinary design practice - one that encompassed everything from graphic design to photography to exhibition design, and a whole lot else. This empowered us to create fearlessly, prolifically and freely cutting across geographies, scales, genres and often resulting in unexpected outcomes, sometimes even surprising ourselves.
We all know what they say about comfort and stagnation. As we entered the fifth decade of practice, we were mindful that the answers to what the future held lay within, and not without. Never a practice that chased trends, courted clients or played to the gallery, the Google-isation of the 2010s and the post-Covid learnings of the early 2020s held learnings for us that we need to forge ahead with a fresher purpose - RE-PURPOSE the RJB-CPL ethos in order to maximise the potential of our teams.
Our biggest takeaway for the current times is that to run a tight ship, remain relevant and keep up with the uncertainities that are bound to come our way, we need to make Technology our constant companion. Whether in terms of systems, software or social media, we are on the path to harnessing the latest technologies to boost efficiency, promote creative interactions and offer the best of the traditional methods of design and cutting-edge means to achieve our goals, as a practice and as people.
