A state-of-the-art mega factory hub for Tata steel becomes the four square kilometer nucleus of this development. To house its officers and employees a supporting township was envisioned with “Sustainable, Secure and Smart” being the three predominant guiding pillars.  The phase one consists of 1000 dwelling units making up the residential complex, comprising a mix of apartments and bungalows on 50 acres of land. Keeping future population growth in mind, active community-centric programming of spaces like – community centers, shopping clubs, sports center, auditoriums were introduced. Shared green spaces were strategically integrated into this program to enhance interaction and develop the essence of community.
