The project was to develop a master plan that allowed to  establish a smart, sustainable and secure ecosystem for a new city development  in Djbouti. A phase wise master plan was proposed  that catered to  multiple issues such as developing a strong  economic base by creating  employment nodes, ideas to support local, metropolitan and global needs. Such methodical planning was envisioned to develop this new city as Africa’s Iconic Smart Nation.
